2 new product updates

Following the trend to modernize our products and make all of them mobile friendly and resposnive, we released a new version of our PHP Property Agency software (www.netartmedia.net/propertyagency ).
It's now fully responsive, much optimized and using our latest admin panel.

PHP Classified Ads also has been updated and the current version 4.1 is also using our latest admin panel and has other improvements like more flexible pricing plans management (it's now possible to create ad posting plans and set the pricing depending on the category in which the ad is posted, the number of days it will expire, the number of allowed pictures and its status - featured or regular) and others.
