The administration panel coming with the software makes it easy to manage the different settings like colors, fonts, currency, time zone and others and also to check the orders, add new products and manage the existing ones.

We tried to keep the admin panel structure simple and easy to navigate in order to make it as user-friendly as possible for even users with less experience in managing websites.

The installation of Easy Cart is as easy as copying its files to your preferred folder. No need to install databases or deal with complex server configurations or script configuration files.

Easy Cart is using a flexible template system-the default template can be modified to change the look of the main site, the cart page, products search results and product details page and also new custom templates can be added. All texts and words showing up on the user interface (front-end and administration panel) are stored in an external text file, so they can be easily modified and translated to new languages. All the templates for Easy Cart are made to be responsive / mobile-friendly. They adapt to the different screen sizes and devices to offer the best experience for the user no matter the browser or screen resolution he is using.

The functionality to manage the product inventory in the administration panel allows to quickly add new products or edit the existing ones.
For the different products it's possible to upload and manage multiple photos and also specify different product options (like colors, sizes etc.) and change the price of the options if required.

The product categories can be changed quickly by simply pasting the new list of categories like text in the admin panel - that allows to paste a large list of categories and save them without having to enter them one by one.
The functionality to add the products in more than one category makes it possible for the administrator to assign a product to up to 3 categories when this is needed.

The functionality to turn on SEO urls on the main website make the URLs more search engines friendly - looking like static html pages and having keywords in them, allowing better search engines indexing.

The main color of the front-site can be changed with a single click from the admin panel. That allows to quickly customize the website colors to match a logo for example without having to edit any style sheet files for that. The other features like the possibility to change the website font and font size allow to further customize the website's look and feel.

When the stock management functionality is turned on, the administrator can enter the number of available items for each product. Every time a customer buys a product, this number will be decreased with 1 and when it becomes 0, it won't be possible to order this product anymore and an out of stock message will be displayed on the front site.

When this functionality is enabled from the admin panel, it allows to calculate and charge VAT or sales tax to the orders. The administrator can set the tax rate from the administration panel and Settings page in it.

The software allows to set a shipping fee per order or per product. Also it's possible to enable free shipping for orders exceeding some value.

The functionality allows to configure an external SMTP server to be used to send the email notifications when the access to the local email server is disabled.

These features allow to customize the number of products shown on the home page and also their sorting order - if the products with lower price should show up first or the highest priced first or newer first or to be ordered alphabetically etc.

Changing the local settings like date and time format and the website time zone allows to adapt the script to different countries and particular requirements.

The administrator can change from the administration panel the currency displayed on the website, the currency code and also the currency position - if the currency sign should show before or after the amount.

The different PHP scripts we offer can be combined to create more complex websites offering a single log in for the users and multiple features. We can also further customize the default solutions to make them meet your project specific requirements.
