Settings page in the admin panel

The Settings page in the admin panel allows to change different settings like the registered PayPal address to accept payments from users, the website's main / accent color, the currency symbol, the currency sign, the symbol position - if it should be displayed before or after the price, if captcha images or SEO urls should be used on the website or not, the date format string, the default font name and size and to select a time zone for the website.
